Class #3 – Begins Monday January 2, 2012
Class #4 – Begins Monday, February 6, 2012
Class #5 – Begins Monday, March 5, 2012
Class #6 – Begins Monday, April 2, 20112
Class #7 – Begins Wednesday May 2, 2012
Requirements for enrollment
- A Completed MPTC application.
- A copy of your certificate from the 120 or 242 hour Basic Reserve Program or prior Reserve In-Service Program. We do not keep your certificate from Basic Reserve on file so you are responsible to provide it in order to be admirtted to this program.
- Cash, money order, or bank check in the amount of $125.00.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS CAN BE ACCEPTED. PAYMENT DUE FIRST NIGHT OF CLASS.
Attire: Refer to MPTC dress code which will be provided. Sneakers, t-shirts, shorts, blue jeans are prohibited. Shirts must have a collar. THE DRESS CODE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Classes will be held on Monday & Wednesday evenings from 6:00PM – 9:00PM. Attendance at all classes is mandatory. Missed classes must be made up within 90 days.
